Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bluewater Dog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse and will arrive to you within 1-5 business days in the US depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided and you can track your package's transit via UPS.

Yes! Shipping is free for orders over $100 in the US. We offer international shipping which is calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for international customs clearance and keep in mind duties and taxes may apply for international orders upon arrival. Our Bluewater Dog Bed is made of high density layered orthopedic memory foam for durability and extreme comfort for your pet. Our memory foam meets CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions and durability, and are analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories. Because we use the highest quality foam, this bed is perfect for supporting your dog's joints along with the memory foam bolsters providing the perfect chin rest.

CertiPUR-US® certified foam means that the foam is made WITHOUT: ozone depleters; PBDEs or the following Tris flame retardants: TCEP, TDBPP, TDCPP or TEPA; mercury, lead and heavy metals; formaldehyde; phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Our bouclé covers are not waterproof, but there is a waterproof memory foam liner to ensure easy cleaning and maintenance, while also protecting the foam from any accidents or spills.

We wanted to create a bed that not only lasts a long time, but we also wanted to find a way to design this product with our mission of sustainability in mind, which is why we chose YKK zippers made from recycled plastic.

Your dog bed will arrive vacuum packed and it can take up to 24 hours or more to fully inflate once it is opened. This is normal and your bed can be used immediately.

Yes! Our covers are easy to wash. Just unzip the bouclé cover and machine wash on cold with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals. Wash with similar colors. We recommend hang drying the cover but we have had success in the dryer on an extra low setting, however high heat could shrink your cover.

The Bluewater Dog Collar and Leash are designed with a strong webbing core and SiLeather® exterior making it water resistant, odor resistant, and safe from the elements. The hardware is made from a rust-resistant anodized aluminum, which is strong and lightweight so you can use it for a long time. That said, all products need to be cared for and rinsed in fresh water after exposure to the elements and marine environments.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. If needed, you can use bleach with water using a (1:4) ratio. Remember to always rinse the collars and leashes with fresh water after being in a marine environment and lay or hang to dry.

This is completely normal! While you may see wear and tear on the frisbees due to the foam material - they will maintain shape and ability to fly and float even with teeth marks.

Yes! Bluewater Dog offers a 3 year no sag warranty against the memory foam sagging and a 12 month limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

The limited warranty applies to defects such as faulty workmanship or materials. If you receive an item containing a defect please reach out to us at info@bluewater.dog and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damage to the bed or covers caused by chewing.

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, and abuse

If the bed and vacuum seal have not been opened, you can return the bed within 30 days of delivery. Covers must also be unused to be eligible for a return.

Frisbees are final sale for obvious sanitary and safety reasons. Once the frisbee has left our warehouse we cannot accept returns. However, if the frisbee arrives damaged or defective (still in the packaging with photo documentation), you may request a refund or replacement by emailing: info@bluewater.dog
