Very satisfied with this dog bed and purchase. It is the best and most well made dog bed I've ever seen. The handle is a game changer for me and my wife, and the dog loves the bolsters. My wife is a little sad now because my dog prefers to sleep in the dog bed instead of in our bed at night. It's a win for me. Thank you Bluewater dog team for a fantastic product.
2 fourteen year old arthritic rescues instantly loved their new beds. They never liked any of the dog beds we had before.
My cat LOVES this bed! She's a mainecoon mix and about 16lbs. She lays across it and sleeps with her head on the bolster. She's considered "geriatric" and I think the high quality foam feels good on her old joints and body. It's easy to wash and looks attractive!
I ordered the boucle large bed and it never got delivered and all customer service said was once ups has it in their hands they sent responsible.

I am so thrilled to have stumbled upon this website after hours of looking for the perfect dog bed. I could not be more happy with the quality and look. It’s exactly what I wanted and matches my home design. The handle is a wonderful addition as I transport the bed often. The orthopedic foam mattress is supportive and comfortable for my dog. The leashes are very well-made— construction and materials are fantastic, and they seem like they'll age/break in nicely. After years of handling stinky wet leashes, wish I'd found these sooner!

I fell in love with this bed online and ordered from Canada. The order was filled promptly but we then ran into a host of issues with the shipping company. Once reaching out to Bluewater, I was amazed by their attentiveness. I have never experienced issues ordering from the US before but I have equally never experienced such over the top incredible customer service before. The bed finally arrived with a lovely hand written note. My pup is thrilled and so am I. Thank you Bluewater :)

First of all, it's beautiful and makes a dog bed actually a lovely accessory! And, Biscuit sleeps like a baby on top of it, especially after a romp in the wet grass and woods:)

We ordered the bed in large with the towel cover and since we love to wash our dogs blankets weekly the towel cover gives us an easy option to wash his cover as well! Obviously loves his bed, the all around bolsters are his favorite. The first two days he wouldn’t leave his bed! Very happy with the quality and love the look!
From the time I opened the box, my pup has taken every opportunity possible to snooze on her new Bluewater bed. I ordered the medium size for my 27lb mini golden, and she has plenty of room to sprawl out and sleep comfortably. The bed was briefly on back order but the company was very communicative throughout the process (A+ for customer service).
Love this bed. It is so comfortable and feels like my orthopedic mattress. I have even fallen asleep on it with my dog it is that good. It is a bit pricey, but I believe if it holds up for years to come it will be worth it. Like others have said, don't freak out when you first open it. It takes a day or two to fluff up and feel truly comfortable. When I first took it out of the package and felt the foam I was underwhelmed.
I'm giving it 4 stars just because the item was backordered and I didn't get it for about ~6 weeks. Size large is perfect for medium to large size dog.

He’s had it over his bed for 3 days and usually he spends his free time laying around elsewhere, but he’s obsessed and looks like he’s having the best naps of his life! As good as the first! These covers are so easy to remove, wash and put on. Looks like new when washed….wanted second one so I could rotate them! Love them!
